Power Smoothie

Hope you all got a chance to see us on KSL Studio 5 this morning! We had a blast!

Smoothies are one of the easiest ways to pack a TON of nutrients into one meal or snack. Like we shared on Studio 5, you can pack as many veggies in there as you can and disguise the taste with adding yummy fruits and yogurt. Your kids will never know!

Power Smoothie

1 cup good quality orange juice 
1/4 cup whole grain oats 
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 
1 banana 
1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries 
3 cups baby spinach leaves 
1 cup ice 
Servings: 2
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. ( you may need to stop, stir, and run again to get everything blended. Add a little extra water or orange juice if it's too thick. Serve immediately.
